Amylou Jennings is a London based Figurative Landscape Painter, living in Eton. She has a passion for painting cities and the people in them especially its vibrant life after dark.

Amylou Jennings is starting to become reknown for her nightscapes especially of London. She enjoys painting mainly En Plein Air but also developing the plein air work into much larger Studio pieces

Her night paintings explore the emotional life of the city after dark — moments when movement slows, reflections surface, and the familiar becomes quietly introspective. Working with loose, expressive brushwork and a restrained, atmospheric palette, her aim is to capture not a literal place, but the feeling of being within it: the pause at a crossing, the glow of streetlights on wet pavement, the sense of time briefly suspended.
