1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of artworks ("Products") through this website ("Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Sale of Goods
All Products are subject to availability.
I reserve the right to refuse any order at my sole discretion.
Prices listed on the Site are in Pounds Sterling and exclude applicable taxes.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond my control.
I am not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred once the Product reaches your country.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.
4. Cancellation and Returns
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Returns: Due to the handmade and often custom nature of the artworks, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
If your Product arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the artwork, even after sale.
Purchase of a Product does not transfer any copyright ownership to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without my express written permission.
Artworks may not be used for commercial purposes without a separate licensing agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or the purchase of any Products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
